I bought this to protect a 4TB Seagate external HD and I'm very happy with it. It's a little bigger than the hard disk itself but there is an elastic band to hold it in place. There's also room for the USB cable, which is nice.

Sturdy, utilitarian case. Pouch to organize cords and strap to secure the drive. Good price too.

I'm constantly going from class computer to class computer for Word programs to Adobe programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro). I have only experienced a weird short from knocking it against a wall, but it's still ticking!

Works great with the external hard drive I purchased previously. Not a case you could throw across the room without damaging what is inside but definitely solid enough to take some bumps and still protect what is inside.

Excellent case to protect your USB drive and also keep the cable! One of the biggest problems I've had in the past is to not have the cable around when I need it as it is easy to misplace. This takes care of it!

I got this item for free when I purchased an external hard drive. And what a bonus! The pocket inside is perfect to hold my hard drive's cord and the case can probably easily fit another hard drive. Great item! Thanks Best Buy!

I use this all the time. Fits in my laptop bag and the pouch for the cable is very handy.

Before having this case, my hard drives used to get damaged. The connecting part would get worn and not work properly. This completely protects my drive and hopefully will help it last longer than my other one.

I like the case a lot for traveling, but I'm sure there are better options for protecting the drives as this case gives a little room for the drive to bounce around. It's much better than no case at all.

I have a large library of videos that are kept on a portable drive. I need to carry them to meetings with me, This case keeps them safe. It is also great when the drive is floating around my desk, hiding under stacks :) !
