This case is great for the hard drive. It protects very well.

Works perfect, good size, protects and light weight.

I bought this case so that I could protect the 1TB external drive that I use for backing up my laptop. I figured it made sense to protect the device that protects my files. This case was a perfect fit for both my WD and Toshiba drives. It zips closed easily and has room to hold the USB wire. I would absolutely buy another!

I now have three of these hard shell cases and they have been great. Hard drives fit perfectly inside with an elastic band to hold in place. There is also a small pocket for your cord to plug into your computer. Comes in several colors, sturdy, great zipper and stitching. I would recommend this product.

I was happy to find a nice case to protect my hard drive. This case allows me to carry my hard drive back and forth without harm.

I don't know what the official WD external drive cases look like, but I really like this one. An elastic band holds the drive down on one side, and a net pouch holds accessories, like the USB 3.0 cable, on the other.

BOUGHT TO USE AS STORAGE CASE WITH MY GPS FOR HALF THE PRICE COMPARED TO ACTUAL GPS CASE. WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT EXCEPT FIT WAS TIGHT TO ZIP AROUND EDGE OF GPS. RETURNED FOR SOFT CASE INSTEAD. OTHERWISE, VERY USEFUL AND GOOD QUALITY FOR SMALLER SIZE ITEM.

This case is nice and sturdy. It protects our seagate harddrive well while bouncing around in the back pack.

Wanted a case to put my hard drive in or my iPod Classic. This case fit the bill. It's not too big, but big enough to hold a small external hard drive, and/or my iPod Classic, which is what I was looking for. A little pricey, but most are these days.

Should have purchased this a long time ago..I had actually convinced myself that I would never drop my external hard drive.....After several mishaps...experience taught me otherwise. Now... I'm still trying to be careful...but I feel way more secure.

Perfect size for the external hard drive, wire and some thumb drives! Not to big to wastes space!!

Simple in design, sturdy case. Would really like the option for a wrist strap though. Decent for the price.

Good hard case for small portable drives. Solid protection and better than the soft cloth cases.

Bought this to use with a WD My Passport Ultra 2TB HD. Fits drive & USB cable without any issues.

Strong, light weight, zippered container. Works for portable drives and/or 2.5" (laptop size) drives. There is also room for a USB to SATA connector to connect spinning or solid state drives to a computer for backup purposes.
