Seems OK, causes OE screen protector to peel

I bought this on a rush because my previous phone screen shattered and had to replace my phone quickly. Within a few days I noticed the OE screen protector on the phone appeared to be lifting up at the bottom, mostly where to either side of the charge port. From what I can tell the case wraps around the bottom of the phone too much and contacts the screen protector. As it is used and taken in and out of my pocket it is causing the case to flex at the bottom and then rub the edge of the protector. Unfortunately there are no other real screen protector options for the phone right now due to the finger print reader in the screen and the original is $30 to purchase. I am pretty sure Best Buy is not going to pay to replace it.
