When i opened the box it was not what i expected. It also offered little to no protection for the phone. Very disappointed. But to be fair. I was only able to view it online. Had i seen it before buying i would not have purchased it.

My internet was not working. When I made the purchase at no point was I told I may have to update my plan because the phone was a 5G. I wish the sales person would have mentioned it. It was very inconvenient to have to go back 3 times! Plus I may have not purchased this phone had I know I would have to update my plan. Very poor customer service.

It came completely scratched and dirty. It looks like it was definitely used. Unbelievable, not buying anymore cases online from best buy if this is how they do things. Not even going to return it too much of a hassle just for 5 dollars. Tried taking pictures but it doesn't show up, scratches are very noticeable though.

Doesn't fit my phone

It's about 1/4 inch too short and won't stretch to fit. If I buy a protective cover for the phone, will probably get direct from Samsung.
