Screen protector still cracked with the case on it. Oxidized over time turning brown as most clear cases do.

Terrible quality case. The hard plastic back was chipping on the bottom in 3 different places and there was a weird shattered look coming from the inside of the case that you couldn’t feel at all. I bought a clear case from 5 below that is better quality than this honestly. Wanted to like it, showed off my blue iPhone 12 nicely but unless I got a defective case this is very tough for me to recommend.

I had one for the iPhone 11 Pro and it stayed in immaculate condition for the entire year. I bought this and its cracked and chipping in the back and ive barely had it for 2 weeks. Contacted Insignia and they told me to go to the Geek Squad and they would determine if it gets replaced or not. Already purchased another case and will not be purchasing any insignia products in the future.

Makes the phone look good but the case itself is very slippery when in your hands but it was a good temporary case until I got a nicer one I liked

I purchased this clear case for my new iPhone 12 Pro. My first impression was that the case felt good in the hand, and it was nice looking. However, that changed quickly when after only 3 days of light use, the coating on the back began to come off. I have had my fair share of bad phone cases, but I have never had one last for only 3 days!

The plastic on this case starting peeling within a week of purchasing the item from Best Buy. Unfortunately, we left for vacation right away and didn't realize that Best Buy has a horrible return policy of 14 days for even a defective product. So now, I'm out the money from Best Buy not standing behind a terrible product that they sold.

Nothing special. Clear iPhone case. Gets the job done.

I grabbed this case because it was the only one available at the time, during the release of the iPhone 12 Pro. It's a well-crafted case but very bulky. If you like the original form factor of the iPhone 12 Pro, you may not like this case. It makes your phone a tab bit bigger than the original size. it was kinda hard to take off too since the fit was tight. I decided to return it. The case was not for me.

Good at first but quickly started to show wear and tear around the case.

Alright case. Does the job. Bought it for my iPhone when I got it until I could find a pretty one.

Had to buy this to use the "wireless" charger. It's ok but it's a little slippery compared to my old case.

Great cases. Insignia makes good products, and at a bargain price. I’m not usually a fan of store brands.

Too expensive for something so flimsy. Basically just PVC plastic between the phone and the ground.

It’s not as hard as a speck presidio cases, but the price is affordable and it’s a nice quality.

I was surprised by how quickly the hard-shell phone case got a side crack after purchase.

This one in particular, I didn’t like the texture at all. I don’t think it worth the price.

It protected the phone for less than a month, but it cracked way too easily and in my pocket at that. Around the edges of the back nearest the sides of the phone. Almost like it chipped in some places. Replaced with a Speck branded case and you can feel the difference. I will not be buying this type of case from this brand.

Normally I get insignia cases for my phone whether they are iPhones or Galaxy devices but this year’s version is trash. It’s unfortunate because this is my usual go to case. But the quality is poor. It cracked in less than a week. I can’t recommend this case.
