What can I say, the snap-on case is really snappy! It's available in multiple colors, and it really does give iPad vibes. What I mean by that is the colors really stand out and the first thought that comes to mind is, "iPad" and I know it's an iPad with the case on. The case is really form fitting with no gaps, and not too tight and not too loose either. It's really been measured well and fits to size so long as you have it on the correct iPad. It truly is very simple yet elegant. Putting it on may seem a bit tough at first, but not too tough. It's tough enough to put on where once it's one, you know that it's a snug fit and dirt won't enter the sides or the back and end up scratching your iPad. It's really very cost efficient and unbelievable that it's affordable for the quality that you get to be honest. There's no other case that I would get, and you can even get 2 or 3 cases if you wanted to swap it out for different color options while still being affordable. It's a case, it works, and I do recommend it!

Bought this as a backup case while i wait for my extra big drop test . But it is loose . The with and height are good . Its the thickness its to thick for my ipod air 5th gen . Also the pen will stick to the side but wont charge ..

I've been trying this case for a while now and I will have to say the design of the case is fantastic it seems to snap on snuggly offers a bit of protection without becoming too cumbersome the colors and designs appear to match whatever iPad it is that you have pretty well in my case I have a blue one and it was complemented really well with the case that I received the buttons do not feel mushy with this case which for me means I don't have to push or try as hard to turn up and down the volume or turn on and off the device. I did not try dropping the device at all while in this case because for me it just feels weird and unnatural to drop an iPad in a case but I suspect that this case would absorb some of the shock from a drop or fall. The clear back was a nice touch and seems to support the bumper color. The charging port doesn't seem to be blocked by any cable that I plug into it with this case on which is a nice bonus if you are looking for a case that is not bulky offers great reactivity to the buttons and looks nice with your new iPad this is a great choice for you.

This Insignia Hard Shell Snap-on case is a really nice case for 10th gen iPads. It has a nice snug fit and is easy enough to put on and take off. It offers a good level of protection while not being very bulky. It doesn't feature any kind of protection for the front of the iPad, which I would have preferred. There are cutouts for all ports and the camera, and it also leaves the power button exposed so you can still use finger print recognition. I like the clear back. I bought a pink iPad because I like the color, and this allows that beautiful color to show through while still offering protection. The color around the edge of the case matches the iPad pink quite nicely as well. The only other thing I would have liked to see on this case is some kind of kickstand. I understand why they didn't include one however, to keep the size down as slim as they could, which is appreciated. However, if they offered this same exact case, but with a front cover that could fold back into a stand, I would 100% go for that one first. However, as-is, this is still a great case.

In the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaascon when discussing the iPad Steve acknowledges that its easy to scratch and dent and ding the outer casing and I’m paraphrasing here but Steve said that the case is like the human body - it leaves the the womb (the factory) in perfect condition and for the rest of it’s life the bumps/scrapes/bruises (dents/dings/scratches) are a visual reminder of the life it lived. While I like this idea in theory, in practice I don’t like how the rear surface area feels to the touch when it’s been banged up. So I unbox the iPad and then immediately put it in a case of some type to protect the rear casing. Over the years I’ve tried various options for protecting the glass front but I’ve found it unnecessary in 99% of the use cases I have. The Insignia Hard-Shell Snap-On case fits my use case perfectly. The case is clear so I can continue to show off my iPad’s color choice, the sides of the case are softer to hold and not as jagged as the iPad is without a case which means I can hold it in my hands for longer periods of time without my hands being uncomfortable and now I don’t think twice about plopping it down on whatever surface are is available which is especially helpful when I”m somewhere in public. I’m a huge fan of simple solutions and this hard-shell snap-on case is perfect for those of us that just want a bit more comfort for our iPads.

So when I first opened this iPad case my first thought was yea right this thing is not gonna do a darn thing to protect my sons iPad. Surprised I was when two days later it did its job. First off I’ve been through about 50 different cases over the years for iPads. My son is autistic and not the most gentle person when it comes to his electronics. His iPad is used everyday for hours at a time. He broke an iPad right through an otter box defender with out blinking an eye. I’ve learned my lesson and have since always bought apples apple care but still don’t want the hassle of going to replace the iPad every time so I still protect it. Fast forward to this case I opened it slipped it on and waited with anticipation for its utter demise. We went out to a restaurant and the wait time was long and he started to get agitated. I could see his anger and took him outside to walk with him. His iPad in hand about two mins into the walk he looked up at me and chucked it about 20 feet. It smacked against the sidewalk full force on concrete and I walked over to it to see its inevitable destruction since it went screen down. To my utter surprise the thing was in one piece and not a scratch on the screen. I couldn’t believe it. Looks are definitely deceiving. This case is aces and would definitely buy again

Insignia Hard shell snap on case for iPad 10th Generation 10.9". I got the black edging which is like a rubber material Thermoplastic polyurethane which is to help with shock absorption if you drop your iPad, the back of my case and a clear which is polycarbonate material which is suppose to be scratch and break resistant. All ports, buttons, charging and camera have cut outs that all line up perfectly to my iPad. This case is super lightweight and thin it doesn't seem to really add any weight at all to my iPad and does not take up any space like my portfolio one it fits perfectly into my backpack and other bags but I do highly recommend getting a screen protector if you don't already have one because it does not come with one since it is an open front case. It has good grip while holding it I don't have any fear that it would slip and fall out of my hands vs not having a case Or compared to some other cases. It does come in different color choices for the edges I always prefer black. I am over all pretty satisfied with the ease of using it, simple quick snap on or off as needed.

This case Does wonders Brought it for my five year old Not only does it fit his tablet snuggle It’s keeps it from scratches.
