When I did this, according to the instructions, some of the adhesive on the red tag remained on the glass protector. The Insignia customer support agent had no instructions to remove the adhesive from the glass protector. If the adhesive remained on the protector, it would have stuck to the iPad screen. The only suggestion was to return the screen protector to Best Buy within 15 days of receiving it in the mail from my on-line order. I do not live near the Best Buy store. It will be a great inconvenience for me to drive there within the next 10 days, which is the time limit for my return.

They offer no warranty on these screen protectors. I took it off and threw in the trash. Won’t buy screen protectors that aren’t Zagg or reputable brands.

The protector seemed to have no coating for finger prints or glare. So that really degraded the vibrancy and precieved brightness of the display.

Be aware of cleaning packet . Wet pad may be dry

Not happy w/ the purchase . Will not use this brand again !

I love that I can glide my finger or my pencil smoothly and quickly when I play games. I don't see as many fingerprints as I did without the screen. It is easy to clean with the enclosed cloth. I could have spent twice as much on a different screen, but this one does the trick. Glad it was recommended to me.
