Upgraded, got an iPhone XR. Funds were tight, had to purchase something, didn’t want to drop my new phone. Bought “BestBuy” brand Insignia Screen Protector. FORGET it. I dropped it on my stairwell on the SIDE. NOT directly on top of the glass. CRACKED! Very cheaply product. Just save your $$$ and buy a reputable brand. You can always get a warranty replacement for, $7.99-11.99.

Well I had it for about a week and it was great although I hadn't dropped my phone. Then my phone fell off a rock maybe 3 inches to the ground and it cracked. No big deal just wasn’t expecting it to break so easily. The application process was very easy though, pretty much ended up with no bubbles.

I apologize for the experience that you had with this Screen Protector. It is important, however, to consider that these Protectors are designed to handle scratches and light bumps, but not drops or falls. The best suggestion would be to replace your product and avoid as much as possible the phone dropping or falling.

As a result one edge didn’t make contact. Had to pull it up, remove the guide, and then restick it. The guide is a clever idea but didn’t work in this case, and then you throw it away - wasteful and not a green product. Probably won’t buy again.
