Then you have to deal with a crack on your screen. Given the cost of this item, it appears to be a scam to get you to buy more. I am not using a screen protector right now. It seems cheaper than buying these screen protectors.

Says the screen protector will not crack but mine did and because my phone didn't crack they will not replace the screen protector! Terrible customer service! They give you the run around! Make you wait on ridiculous hold times! Will never purchase insignia ever again! 3rd time best buy! See ya!

All the other things were in there including someone's iPhone trash, but no screen protector. Now I've got to find time to get back to the store to return the empty package and hope they don't think I'm the one who stole the product :-(
