Previously purchased one for kitchen, this one for up stairs bedroom. Allows listening to classical music station at any time of day. Easy operations for volume, station and change to HD.

Nothing worth raving about. You get a few extra stations and clearer audio. Also the songs title and artists are shown if the station uses that function. Not bad, not fantastic.

I could not get a good signal for my office. I really like the size and look of the radio

This is a great radio for the price-- the sound quality is very good -- picks up a lot of FM stations with no static. Great value - very pleased.

This is a great little HD radio. I found it works well at work and functioned nicely in the mountains while camping.

For the price and features, this is not a bad radio. I got this for my dad, since there is not a lot of good terrestrial radio stations for the older crowd. He loves it!

Great size to carry to the beach and doesn't take up a lot of space in your suitcase. Working well so far and good sound.

I wanted to be able to receive the high-def signal for St Louis' new classical radio station at my office (and get KMOX's high-def signal for Cardinals games). But my office is in a cinderblock concrete building where cell phone and radio signals go to die. I plugged in the pig-tail antenna and voila! I had the signal. I'm a happy camper--and more so since it was on sale before Christmas.

I purchased this as a replacement for a small radio that we used in our bathroom. It works very well for this application. The 20 presets are nice and allow for quick station changes. I must admit that I thought that all radio stations that transmit their call letters and what is playing would show up on this radio, but only the HD stations do so. Not sure why this works on my car HD radio and not this one. All in all I am very pleased with this radio.

I was looking for an HD tuner to add to an existing sound system. No such thing exists. But this little unit, with the audio output jack and an AC supply has filled the bill nicely. Just wish there was a way to place it so it fit in with the rest of the components,

Speaker quality is just fine as a kitchen counter top radio. Having so many presetss is nice. Receptivity seems to wane where I have it in my kitchen whether I use either antenna provided. I still like it a lot. I'd been looking for a counter top HD radio for years.

good inexpensive HD radio. hard to find HD radios - guess it never took off

I purchased the portable Insignia HD radio previously. The rechargeable battery in it went out. This radio's AA batteries were a plus. The auxiliary antenna gets much better reception. I also like the output and aux input so I can hook it to my home receiver or car, as well as connect an mp3 player or other audio device. I would recommend this as an all-around HD radio for it's compromise between portability and functionality.

I wanted an HD radio that could be plugged in and also portable. This radio fits the bill, at a reasonable price.

This is a good radio with good sound. It is easy to use.

I know it's an HD radio, but price seems high for few features. Unfortunately,there are not many HD radios to choose from. The included wire antenna is much better than the attached telescoping antenna. Wish it had tone controls and AM radio band. Also wish there were more HD radio stations available. I listen almost exclusively to the .2 & .3 bands of the stations in my area. Much more genre specific.

I bought this item because it would receive the HD FM signals. It works very well, except for the wire antenna. Would be nice if a better antenna could be hooked to it. It's a shame that you no longer carry the item. I tried to buy another one two weeks ago without success - store and on line!!! Curious - Why review an item you no longer carry! ANSWERING "NO" BELOW BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER HAVE IT!!!!

Love this radio. the sound is good, it is light and easy to carry from room to room.

I needed to replace my 40 year old FM radio that was fading fast. I wanted to take advantage of the HD stations now available, so this radio was the solution. It is easy to scan for and pre-set stations in memory. Sound is pretty good, but reception is inconsistent. Weak stations seem to come and go, but strong ones are always available.
