    Delivery Service/Installation is a nightmare

    The service for hooking up this Ice Maker has been so unprofessional we have not been able to use this ice maker. So far we have had 2, one to replace the first that never got installed correctly. Now this replacement is missing parts and still does not work.

    I am unable to speak how this works as the technicians have been to my home 5 times and do not know how to install this into my new fridge, and it is a best buy product. It is now 1 month since I have owned the fridge it belongs in.

    It is not producing any ice at all. I am awaiting delivery of a new refrigerator and ice make to replace the faulty ones. I have, of course, received my payment due information in spite of the fact that I don’t have one.

    Cheap piece of junk. For the added cost of this unit it should make larger pieces of ice faster than it does.

    Ordered refrigerator and ice maker at same time on phone with local store. The person at the store was suppose to chose the ice maker that would work with the frig. When delivered I told delivery people I would install ice maker. The plug doesn't come close to a match for frig.

    Terrible. The ice freezes up in blocks, we have to attack with an ice pic, the ice also spills over into the freezer pushing the container away, I wish this container could be taken out --- old fashioned ice cube trays are easier and make better ice.

    Purchased 2/7/24 installed 2 weeks later by Best Buy. It is now 5/7/24 and the unit is leaking all over the breakroom. Would not recommend purchasing.
