Delivery Service/Installation is a nightmare

So far we have had 2, one to replace the first that never got installed correctly. Now this replacement is missing parts and still does not work.

The person at the store was suppose to chose the ice maker that would work with the frig. When delivered I told delivery people I would install ice maker. The plug doesn't come close to a match for frig.

The first Geek Squad were terrible.and failed.

The ice freezes up in blocks, we have to attack with an ice pic, the ice also spills over into the freezer pushing the container away, I wish this container could be taken out --- old fashioned ice cube trays are easier and make better ice.
