    Having an issue with this ice maker. Best Buy is replacing it so I don't know if the issue is the actual ice maker or if it was not installed properly.

    Installation was ok, direction could have been clearer, and basic troubleshooting better to have saved some time. It took several hours to make ice so we were not sure it was installed properly. But all worked well in the end

    this item was installed on the first visit but did not work ( no ice ) after waiting for at least 3 days. another crew came out to check and supposedly fixed the problem but still no ice they ordered a replacement and installed it and iI waited another 5 days still no ice . I decided to return item and fridge and got a fridge with icemaker already installed

    I bought my fridge and ice maker on 6-24-25 and the ice maker has never worked...still waiting on a replacement....Not good at all

    Makes a lot of boise and ice cubes are really small. Doesn’t have an automatic stop when the ice fill up. I’ve already had to fix the ice tray coming off. Wouldn’t buy again.

    Very happy with the new refrigerator and the Insignia Ice Maker. Service was on time and in a very efficient manner. A.J. At our Best Buy store provided excellent advice and helped us make the right choice.

    Screws to ice maker litterly fell out within a month after paying for the "professional install". Upon inspection the screws do not actually screw to anything and is just being held by plastic. Seems like a design flaw.

    Worst ice maker ever. When it does “work” it dumps water into the ice bin and creates a huge ice block, but then it decides not to work at all for weeks at a time. Complete waste of money. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a product.
