The only issue I was unhappy with this purchase was asking for a printed copy of the purchase which the sales clerk was unable to provide. The clerk who was not busy did not make any effort to find a receipt for me. Response was to look up the item online, & print myself a copy of this purchase. I was unhappy with this response.

It hangs down to far and my cat doesn’t like it. Get the full harness type it will lay flat and won’t bother the cat. My cat took to the harness much better.
