The clip is sturdy, it holds the AirTag securely, and it doesn't affect the AirTag's ability to sound off when using Find My iPhone. While I've bought another one previously in a different color, because I wanted it to stand out more, I found that I just like the black color better. With the nature of an AirTag, the "standing out" via color doesn't matter as much. It's a simple keychain holder at a much more reasonable price than Apple's own lineup. Would definitely recommend it as for your keys. I've had no concerns with it coming undone or opening accidentally.

2 years later still does it's job

I actually used this for my cat's collar since she didn't like the collars that hold the tags in place. This moves around more freely around her neck so it doesn't get pressured into one place. All in all, I'd buy it again if I needed another one.

The AirTag easily slides into place, but is secure once there. They way the key ring snaps is easy to use. I love how compact this is, making it friendly for a keychain or for securely attaching to an inner zip space in a backpack. The silicone keeps it securely fit. It has not stretched over the two month period of daily wear and tear. The clip itself is actually better than I expected. Obviously you are not expecting high end product at this price so we will se how it holds up over the next year
