Surprisingly clear sounding and durable, easy to use and maneuver with

This headsetis light weight easy to assemble and has very good sound quality.

This headset has a jack that fits into the receptacle on landline telephones. It is comfortable to wear and the boom for the microphone is very easily adjusted to just about any position. It only covers one ear, which helps the user hear conversations and other sounds around the user. It is a good value for the price and headsets that fit landline telephone receptacles are difficult to find these days.

Sound quality is clear and loud enough. Headset padded ear piece slides off my ear at times. I keep having to move the part over my head to keep it from sliding. Cord going to phone plug is too long for my use. I have rolled it up and taped it. Then the weight of the roll causes the cord to catch on anything it crosses. Other than these issues, it is very good.

Even after several hours this headset is comfortable and has great sound quality.

This is old school, but lots of us out here prefer old school solutions, because we are the boss, not the victim of things we do not understand. These phones allow you to carry on a fun hand's free conversation, without worrying about waves bombarding your ears. Thank you Insignia for not assuming everybody is running for high tech.

Sound is clear and controls work great. Very comfortable for long calls

Headphones work great. Sound is very clear. Didn't realize how bad my old headset was until I got and tried the Insignia hands free headset. No longer miss any of the conversation when speaking to someone. Also don't have to keep repeating myself when talking. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a headset.

I work from home, and often need to use the phone for client calls and meetings. This headset is perfect, it allows me the have a conversation, and still be aware if what is going on in the house. And the price was.great as well. If I need a new one in the future I will purchase again, and i recommend it for anyone who works from home.

Purchased 2 of these headsets open box for our receptionists. So far they’ve been very pleased to have them and haven’t had any troubles with it. Plugs right into the headset jack on the cordless phone and has a volume slider and mute switch right on the headset for quick adjustments.

I had been looking for a replacement for my landline phone for a while. I was surprised to have found it. It does what is supposed to do. Is comfortable and good quality. The cord from the headset to the phone is longer than my last one so I am not always dropping the phone and pulling the headset out.
