Great price! Functions perfectly. I use them in my office as I'm constantly on the phone. Our office system is a little dated but the head set was easy to install. It was literally "plug and play". The volume and mute controls are very useful. All in a good investment.

Headset works well, allows hands free telephone conversation. Cord is longer than I need and sometimes gets in the way.

I always wanted to try a landline headset for lengthy phone calls but wasn’t able to find one that had a small connection to my phone. The Best Buy rep knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately this was the only brand they carried. I like it & it works well. But think the material for the ear padding will not last long before cracking & crumbling. Also material around the speaker is just foam & don’t think it will last very long either. But for now, it does what I want it to do. Will have to see how long it holds up. Thought it was a little pricey @ $25.00 but that was my only option. Would I buy it again? Yes, for now unless it tears on me next week.

Really helpful these days with computer work and whatnot while talking on the phone. Better than using the horrible squawk-boxes (speakerphones). Just need to be sure the ear piece is positioned right. Otherwise a cm off and you hear nothing.

Great price and very helpful when you are trying to multitask while on extended calls or waiting on hold. It also saves you from having neck pain from holding a phone to your ear.

Suddenly I was working from home and spending far too much time holding a phone up to my ear. I needed a solution fast, but I knew this wasn't going to last, so I didn't want to spend much. After 7 weeks of use, this little headset has proven to be a champ.

If you still have a landline and must pick up or make calls while at your keyboard, this headset is a must. These allow me to continue working without interruption at my keyboard while participating in calls. The volume adjustment tog allows for ease of listening no matter what might be happening on your computer.

Acceptable voice quality. I have some folks that say they are having trouble hearing me. The cord is NOT coiled up as the picture shows and it is about 3 feet too long. Cord gets hung up on stuff all the time... entirely too long.

I have a Panasonic cordless phone (KX-TG5673) and this headset connects perfectly. The volume adjuster works well and has a long cord. Solid headset for the price. BestBuy curbside pick was very easy and worked well with the text order notification.
