Also clients have a hard time hearing me and I have to constantly adjust the volume abs click the buttons on top to adjust.

Did not work very well for me!

Yes, I did try all the different settings as well. I plan to return them for a full refund.

Good luck hearing a conversation unless it's dead quiet where you are. Lots of static when using the mic due to the 2.5mm connection it has.

Person on the other line says it sounds like an I am in a closet or some distant away. I needed one for work....but this one is not going to work. taking it back. I absolutely would not recommend this headset if you want to use it for professional reasons.
