I have followed the instructions on how to operate this item and I have everything working except that the caller cannot hear me. I can hear them though. Maybe if I had spent a bit more money and bought a brand new one it might have worked???

I can hear my customers just fine, but they keep getting an echo when they talk to me. Every single one of them say they can hear themselves. So I can't use them. I am on the phone a lot and have to type while I am talking to them. So I thought this would solve my problem.

It is broken

I work in a cubicle and would have to yell to be heard. Then it broke, and now it doesn't work at all. I guess I got $20 worth of use out of it, since I've had it since the end of March and while annoying, it was functional.

Did not work very well for me!

Yes, I did try all the different settings as well. I plan to return them for a full refund.

These headphones are not good!

I have tried adjusting the volume both on the headphones and the Cisco IP phone itself. I also tried to adjust the switch setting and the receiver still hears an echo. However, sometimes when I call someone, the receiver does not hear an echo.
