Good luck hearing a conversation unless it's dead quiet where you are. Lots of static when using the mic due to the 2.5mm connection it has.

Poor audio quality

Decent....If it worked

Needed in a pinch

head set hard to hear

Very Poor Quality

Less than eight weeks later, it's no longer working. The call center I am working part-time for also bought several of these. Many of them are already dead, again, just weeks after purchase. Do not buy this item; it is garbage.
