    The other party can't hear you. Called insignia was told to call the geek squad and they was tryin to charge me. Calle Insignia back and off course it's another Country and won't even let you talk to any Supervisor and the 1 yr warranty is BS. Purchase this on 12/9/20.

    This item did not fit onto my phone. Will be bringing them back in because it is difficult to find a landline phone for this product. It was needed for my business and only delayed the process of being hands free. I still need a solution. Was not able to use

    horrible, not only was it deleveredTWO WEEKS LATE and ruined Christmas, shoddy, and was returned. Fairly upset when I paid xtra for shipping to recieve by Christmas. Big fail. When asked if I could get shipping refunded, store clerk said no.

    I thought I could save by getting this product but unfortunately, it didn't do any good. I tried several times on several units and I can't hear the other person on the other line. Very poor, low quality product. I need to return or exchange this purchase.

    After finally locating a head set that had a RJ9 plug and getting it home. I was unable to get it to operate properly, either I could hear the other party or they could not hear me and the sound was distorted. I returned the product. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

    While the headset is comfortable to wear, the quality of sound is terrible. When listening for any sound, volume was adjusted. When the sound gets to where you can barely make out something, feedback (or static) is heard over the headset.

    I was skeptical about purchasing this initially and should have trusted my intuition. Poor audio and I’m told to speak louder even when the microphone is in the correct position.

    I hate the caller hear while I am using the headphones, I can adjust to different channels, but I still will get a noise.

    This was the only type of headset, with a phone cord plug-in. Terrible quality, very low volume on speakers, and people on the other line could barely understand what I was saying due to microphone not functioning properly.

    I purchased for my work phone and they were horrible!! it sounded like I was in a can and the receiving party commented that they could hear themselves talking which I could barely hear them.

    Can barely hear caller. I bought brand new. It should of been a red flag when I saw 2 other boxes with reduced price stickers on the shelf. I assume they were returned.

    I bought two of these and they both stopped working after 2 weeks. The customers can’t hear us. I am unable to hang up unless I use the handset.

    Could only hear one direction. The direction that received sound was different as you changed channels. Never found a channel that worked for me.
