didn't work, couldn't use it at all, AAAAAArrrrrrrrrr

Easy to adjust for perfect fit. Audio quality is very good. Caller is able to hear us clearly. Lightweight, with sufficient cord length for easy maneuvering at the desk.

Good sound, good value. Reason not a 5 is because it's too big for my head and not adjustable to my smaller head. It is adjustable, just for bigger heads!

Gave this to my parents to use on their landline, office type phone at home instead of always using speaker phone. It took me about 30 seconds to figure out which channel would work best for them and now that it's set, they love using it. They can hear much better and I can hear them much better on phone calls.

Not a bad headset. It works fine and the quality is good. My biggest complaint is the online controls make the wire hang and feel bulky.

Worked Great. Easy setup. Only long part about the whole setup was the drive to the store.

Great product. Had to use for call center job held at the time. Never had any issues, worked as needed, easy and fast installation.

Headset worked great, but it was a little to big for my small head, so I returned it.

Does the job, but overall QC is only medium. Adhesive designed to hold cushion into non phone side of head band lets go and comes loose at least once per 12 hour shift.

It does not work with the phones we use at work. Going to return it.

Horrible. Volume extremely low. Person on the other line says it sounds like an I am in a closet or some distant away. I needed one for work....but this one is not going to work. taking it back. I absolutely would not recommend this headset if you want to use it for professional reasons.

I bought a headset thinking it was bad, so I went back and got a replacement headset, that did the same thing. It broke in 3 days. Even grocery store walkie talkies lasted longer then that, at least the store walkie talkies were listed as toys. This is a bad product save yourself the headache and find a different product to solve your concerns. I have since and I wont be purchasing products from this manufacturer ever again.

This is great if you prefer the person on the other end to have a difficult time hearing you and you enjoy listening to echos. I tried all the channels. It's junk. I bought another one off of Amazon. Far superior product and willing to take returns on your 15th day. If you would like a free headset, check the trash can out front of the Mission Valley BB. You can give it to your kids to play Ground Control with it. Total garbage.

I hated this thing so much I registered on the BestBuy website just to leave this review. It's comfy, especially for a cheap headset. It looks good enough. But it does not function. I could not talk to anyone clearly. The sound was too soft, or sending ear-splitting high pitch sounds to both of us. And why would you need to select from multiple channels anyways? Do not buy this.
