Light weight, adjustable mic positioning. Had the wrong jack for my system and returned this item. Best Buy's no hassle returns is a blessing. They didn't have my headset in stock but plan to buy when it gets restocked.

Don’t get frustrated like me trying to figure out how to make it work, play around with the buttons till you get it to work be cause it works just fine. Good luck!
