Inferior designed Headset

Even when the head loop is not extended it still falls of my head. I don’t have a small head so this is very annoying. I would not recommend this headset system.

Also I got it in hopes that when you hit the mute button you couldnt hear the "clicking sound", but you can still hear it with this headset,

It made a loud screeching noise.....i had to adjust the channel on it (should have read the instructions). Works well with the mute button and volume adjuster.
