I wanted this headset to work so bad because of the price however that wasn't the case. I needed a headset for a call center job (work from home) and this is certainly not the product for that. This headset needs an independent port separate of the phone receiver. So where you plug the telephone handset (the thing you usually use to answer the phone) needs to have another space for the headset. This product has no pick up/hang up capabilities...No mute or hold.... Unfortunately it doesnt have much of anything but a good sticker price...

The headset is too large for the average adult head. Even when the head loop is not extended it still falls of my head. I don’t have a small head so this is very annoying. I would not recommend this headset system.

It’s small and easy to use. Not very clear sound. Some static’s. Not wireless though. Need to check to Make sure it is compatible with your phone apparatus and system.

People I call from a Vtech desk phone sometimes say they can't hear me well when I talk to them through this headset. I adjust the microphone's position until they say they can hear me, but that the sound quality is only so-so. Not a complete failure, but lot's to be desired. I only use it now when I absolutely need to be typing on the keyboard when talking on the phone.

I purchased this as an "open box" item. I have followed the instructions on how to operate this item and I have everything working except that the caller cannot hear me. I can hear them though. Maybe if I had spent a bit more money and bought a brand new one it might have worked???

I am very disappointed with the headset. I can hear my customers just fine, but they keep getting an echo when they talk to me. Every single one of them say they can hear themselves. So I can't use them. I am on the phone a lot and have to type while I am talking to them. So I thought this would solve my problem.

The microphone is terrible, no one could hear me. I work in a cubicle and would have to yell to be heard. Then it broke, and now it doesn't work at all. I guess I got $20 worth of use out of it, since I've had it since the end of March and while annoying, it was functional.

When I take calls, the receiver hears an echo. I have tried adjusting the volume both on the headphones and the Cisco IP phone itself. I also tried to adjust the switch setting and the receiver still hears an echo. However, sometimes when I call someone, the receiver does not hear an echo.

I really can’t give a review on the performance because my earphones don’t work. I can say they’re comfortable to wear and would probably be easy to use if they worked.

I purchased.. but the box didnt give good indication of what phone it would work well with. I needed to return but didnt, it's in a box somewhere. May be a good product just know what phone you have prior to purchase.

It was supposed to be compatible with my phone but just didn't work. Wish it did because it's a decent headset for the price.

Feels cheap, works to some degree. Corded controls are touchy and can be a problem if bumped while on the phone. It works...1/2 the time.

Head set comfortable and works but people on other side have a hard time hearing can't use as it was purchased for as necessary to hear.

Falls apart very quickly hard to set up and find correct Channel to work with

Everytime I get a call I had to reset the channel for another person to hear me OR for me to hear the caller.

Calls cut in and out okay for now but when able to get a replacement will be doing so.

item description needs to be updated as it doesn’t work with that phone.

I can hear well ,but have problems with the mike, my voice is fainted

Didn’t work for my needs with my work from home business. However great for the price!
