Easy to use, plug and play technology. Only giving it three stars due to clinkiness of the wire and volume and mute button. Also clients have a hard time hearing me and I have to constantly adjust the volume abs click the buttons on top to adjust.

Headsets with RJ9 connectors are rapidly becoming extinct. Unfortunately some companies refuse to update their office equipment, so this unit is really the only choice in antiquated workplaces. It's fairly flimsy, but fully functional and relatively affordable. Good luck finding one in a store though, it seems to only be available online. The shipment was prompt. I just wish there was an affordable RJ9/Bluetooth device out there that would serve the same purpose, as the wires can be a pain.

Product ok. Didn’t have a choice. Only one option at store for a replacement headset that plugs into a call center type phone so needed phone jack on the end. RJ9 type. Wish it covered both ears but my headset. Woke mid shift and had to purchase and use until one came in mail

It functions but if cable moves you get noise on the line. Pad opposite ear cup fell off. Functional if you are carefult

Like many of us, I had to scramble to get my home office put together overnight. So I went and bought the insignia Headset, and also the Insignia Wireless Mouse/Keyboard combo. As far as the headset goes, it works pretty well, the mic is a bit low. You can adjust how far from your mouth, the mic, sits so that helps when trying to get my clients to hear me better. I can hear my clients pretty well. The only issue I have is the wire itself that connects to the phone, is super thin and weak. If you move it while using the headset you can sometimes hear a crackle. I solved this issue by using a binder clip to hold the wire to the desk with enough slack so I can still freely move around with the headset on. Overall, it was worth it, but isn’t the best! Bought it only cause of the price and I was limited in stock at the store. You get what you pay for, but I’m not disappointed with it.

Easy setup and very comfortable. But not loud enough.

This didn't seem to work for me. Im not sure if my landline didn't like it or what the deal was. I couldn't really hear out of it when tested. Had to return.

Bought this for my father who liked it for work, but said the volume wasnt very loud .

Tried using these at work volume is very low. Nice fit but the sound is everything, pass on this.

For a cheap headset it's ok. Not a barn burner but useable for the price

Did not work for my office phone. Maybe would work better with a regular house phone. The instructions were not very clear as well. Otherwise I guess it was okay for what it’s worth. I did return.

This is a decent headset for my work phone. Not the best but does the job. There are times that the person on the other line cannot hear me or heard some crazy feedback. But that may be the phone.

Easy to use but mic has to be very close to mouth/lips for clients to hear properly.

I bought this for my secretary so that she could wear it during long wait times on hold. I noticed after a few days she stopped using it. Not sure why.

Just an ok mic. I received multiple complaints from the other end that I was talking through a tunnel.

Bought this to work for my computer. Online assistant was wrong. Even with an adapter it doesn't work with PC's
