Bought this to use around the house, works well, my daughter loves it.

This is a okay product for basis office phone use.

Once in a while i have to use my home phone for conference calls and I have to be on the landline. This inexpensive headset works great for it. Actually people have asked me if i got a new phone because of he quality.

This is the the first time I have purchased this headset and I am very disappointed. I took excellent care of it and the mic stopped working after only 3 months. I depended on this headset to run my small in home business.

I only use this headset when I cannot use speaker phone, and need hands free. I used my last headset 100% of the time. Quite disappointed in this set.

Choices are so limited these days for headsets. Good choice, hopefully will last a year. Rather flimsy, with the microphone hard to position comfortably. It is the best there is, though.

I bought this as a gift for my friend who finally let go of the one she had for about 7 years. She loves it and cannot do without it!

People keep asking me if I have a cold. It is also hard to hear them even with the volume turned up.

Even at the highest level, I have trouble hearing the other other on the other end - I end up getting frustrated and use my cell phone. Hassle for me to return it, just took a loss in money.

This headset was bad. I could not hear at all with it. I had to take it back because it was useless.

I've used wired headsets like these for years. This is a pretty good one. The mic boom is flexible as well as rotating, so you can position the mic exactly where you want it. The sound is good, and the mic is efficient. People can hear me very well. The mute switch is handy, although I'd make it more intuitive. Green means talk and Red means mute. The headband has a weird shape and is a little uncomfortable. It is curved across the top, so when you slide it to make it bigger, it actually digs into the side of your head. There's lots worse out there. The strong points of this one are the mic and flexible boom.

Gave it to my mom to use on her cordless phone - she loves it. Great value for the price.
