I used it for traveling and it has a back sleeve designed to slip it over the handle of my carry-on luggage. It has three zipper pockets: one main pocket for laptop, a second that fits a magazine and a third on the front for easy access to smaller objects. If you need an inexpensive, light-weight case, I would suggest looking at this one.

Very happy with the versatility of the many compartments. The stitching failed on my previous case but this one seems to be holding up much better.

It was hard to find one that the handles could be velcroed together. I like wearing wearing the shoulder strap. The handles get in the way of opening the briefcase. It has lots of compartments. I like that. Holds my laptop safely. Great for the price.
