Does the job and has a good amount of pockets throughout. Wish it had some Velcro or zipper pockets inside the big zipper area. Overall 100% worth the purchase. I use it 4-5 days a week for the past month and travel with it on airplanes, no defects!

Found this one and knew it was at my local bestbuy. However, the laptop case area was a total disaster area. I found where it should have been (knew the sku via my research) but it was nowhere to be found. I finally found it via pure luck. Not once did a single associate even approach me-- I was searching for over half an hour. 5 stars for the bag. 0 for the customer service.

I hope it goes on sale again so I can have one too. Would have gave 5 stars but they took off my best buy certificate because they could not send my tv so I was out 10.00 off this was free but ended up paying for it. If you have a best buy certificate buy something just for that value because if some of your order don't arrive they are going to take off your certificate even if it is their fault if they don't have your item in stock to send out.

I travel for work 6 months out of the year and I always have it with me, I see no need to spend any more for a different brand. This works great
