It cushions my laptop and holds all my stuff, since I am constantly on the go. It absorbs any shocks you might put it through. Organization is key in this bag with wide opening side pockets to acess everything. A great buy!

A good size for putting under the seat on an airplane--still room for feet. My only complaint is that the surface is scratchy--it irritates my arms when I wear short-sleeved shirts.

The first bag broke on the handle but she called the company and they gave her a case number for her to exchange the bag at the store so she had no problem exchanging it at the store for a new one. I'm pretty sure it was because she called Insignia to tell them it broke and they gave her a case number that they took it back because the store would not take it back the first time we tried to exchange it without the case number.
