I went to the department where I thought the cable would be and found 3 BB employe's standing in a group having what appeared to be a personal conversation. I had to ask for help and after i got their attention the young lady that helped me was very helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating if they would have offered help without my asking for it. They weren't busy they just wasn't being very customer oriented.

Does the job, after Apple removed headphone jack.

It cost $3 more than the actual Apple oem version. 2. If it was $3 more, I expected it to be a bit longer the oem version. It works just fine, built well. Does the job.
