I needed over-the-ear headphones to work from home. The earpods hurt my my ears and I am on the phone working from home all day. With this adapter, I am using my regular Sony over-the-ear headphones to connect to an iPhone. I recommended this adapter to a coworker who is injured and is having difficutly holding her phone. Works like a charm! I'm using my Bluetooth earpiece to connect to another iPhone. So much technology!
