I assumed, like most retailers, I had 30 days to return it. Two weeks in, I finally connected my SSD and discovered it was SATA, which this enclosure does not support (it only works with NVMe). There are enclosures that handle both NVMe and SATA, but this isn’t one of them. The bigger issue for me: Best Buy only allows returns for 14–15 days unless you pay extra for their “Plus” program to extend the return window. I didn’t know this going in, and it feels like a gotcha policy. Because of that, I’ll be avoiding Best Buy in the future.
