This charger was actually a bit slower to charge my phone than one of my old chargers so I returned this product. It may work well for others but not my peculiar phone.

Nice charger

So he could plug it into the wall outlet instead of charging through the computer. So far so good, I haven heard anything bad yet. Only thing I have seen similar chargers for 1/4 the price.

He was attentive and pleasant to work with. Whenever possible I purchase my electronics from Best Buy because of the personal service (reward pouts too)

My cords normally stop working so maybe it is how I bend it. I'm the type that always has to get new microusb cords. I think I break the wires inside.

good but could be better

My only complaint would be that in order for the rapid charging to work you must use their wall charger. Coming from one that the chord was the rapid charging part it was an adjustment.
