HP computer may be good but the service was bad

They were going to takE 10 days to transfer my files from my old computer and add the new office program. Then I took the computer to the Albuquerque store and they did it in two days. However, it will not work. Now I get a message that the HP accelerator will not work on this version of Windows 10. NOT HAPPY. JIM
