    I'd had an HDMI cable for a Dell computer running windows and didn't expect I'd have to buy another connector for a Macbook, but once I got over the annoyance, the Insignia adaptor worked as expected.

    After having first tried a VGA adaptor from another store for my MacBook, and finding it did not work, this HDMI adaptor works just like it is supposed to, which is refreshing in the world of tech!
