Tried on different TVs and nope, doesn't even register that there is "mirror" available. Just was waste of a port. I ordered some no name brand from China and it worked, but this, this product did NOT.

It works great as creating an option for an external display.

Over time, this rubber edge will form back into shape and cause the port to disconnect, which is becoming more frequent and frustrating.

I don't know if the problem is the adapter or my MacBook Air, but I haven't been able to get it to output or mirror the display for the MacBook Air and I have tried it on several different devices.

If you plan on getting it make sure you do more research than I did. (I did about 5 mins ha)

Didn't work right

I exchanged it for a Belkin which worked fine.

There is no difference in quality. I would opt for a cheaper version or a HDMI adapted if I was to purchase again.

Great inexpensive item to stream from my lap to TV
