Excellent, but we did to change to COX remote

Unfortunately, some of the TV things fell off, and we could not use the TV for about 4 days. We ended up having COX using a remote vs. the Best BUY remote. Since the Best Buy remote was totally new, I assume I can go to Best Buy and get a repayment. Again, the Best Buy technician was very good, very good to work with, but apparently COX has a better remote.
