Plug and Go

Normally I just plug in the monitor and adjust the screen resolution and all is good. However, while traveling to a client who had HD TV monitors plugged in via a VGA cable I was unable to project with my Surface Book even though a coworker was able to display using an HP notebook. I decided to keep the rating at 4 stars but am tempted to knock it down to 3 stars as I should have been able to connect seamlessy.
