However, let me remind you that if you bought this TV after 10/15/2016 you have a return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate with your receipt or order number at any Best Buy store. Sales person sold me the wrong adapter

Unfortunately, Best Buy did not advise me that the cables were not bi-directional. I then took it to the office and spent 10 hours trying to get it to work. I had 8 TV on the system and 100's of feet of vga cableling. When I gave up and took it back to the store because I assumed it was defective, a more knowledgeable sales clerk to me a needed to special order the adapter. Once I received it, the system worked perfectly.... However, I was still out the 10 hours!!

I was at the Apple store and they didnt have one but suggested I go to Best Buy and pick up one of these. It did just the job and for a reasonable price.
