The speaker was a great price but sound and volume were not very good.

Didnt last very long, not worth the buy for this or the money.

Smaller than i thought... great for a cubicle or bathroom.

I like bass in my music, this speaker doesn't have great bass sound.

Fine sound but not great. It has also sound gaps you feel the sound is cutting which is annoying

I had hope this would be a good replacement for my JBL Flip that died after several years and JBL said junk it, I guess I'm spoiled so this was returned and I purchased a new JBL Flip.

This little speaker is very good. Sound quality is also good. You will be pleasantly surprised. The sound is solid, not tinny at all. The unit is water resistant and has buttons to reflect this fact. The buttons are all rubber coated. It comes with a hand strap and is lightweight and easy to pack for use everywhere. The unit allows you to accept and answer phone calls. With a built in speaker you can talk on the phone directly through it. Bluetooth connectivity is a breeze. My phone connected in mere moments. It charges via a USB cable and it lasts a good long time. I have used it often and still no need to charge it. They say about 23 hours between charges and they are right. Seems to last a lot longer than my other brand of Bluetooth speaker. Build quality is very good. Sturdy. A very good speaker indeed.

i tried to use this device but decided it was not worth trying to figure out how it worked so i returned it. product was just not for me but maybe someone else would use and enjoy it.

tinny sound, little bass, couldn't pair two of them together for stereo; returned them.

doesn't hold a charge and everyone says I sound garbled. Plus anything I listen to sounds like it is under water. Worked great for a couple of weeks and then died. I can going to try and reach out to the manufacturer to get help. No luck reaching out to Best Buy.

Very happy with this unit -- good & loud sound, more bass than I usually want (trimmable with your player's equaliser feature), well-designed. To flesh out the Specs, there IS an AUX input for 1/8" stereo plugs, a nice lanyard included (opens up to ~3" circle, fits over MY showerhead) & the 20" USB charging cord also seems of good quality. Ran a rough timing of the battery's endurance after the 1st full charge, got almost 16 hrs. before a very quiet voice began telling me every 4 min. "Low battery -- please charge". Couldn't hear this warning the first few times in the shower, thought these 3-sec. interruptions were the radio station's fault! Pressed on to drain the battery to shutdown after 18 hrs. Not a proper "bench test", can only guess that I usually had the volume around 75%, but 16 clear hrs. in 8 days is more than good enough for me. The full recharge took more than 3 hrs., probably well under 7, & I expect most chargers are more powerful than my old one. It only has a single speaker, I guess a good chunk of the space is taken up by the big battery. I only bought one, so I can't speak to the stereo-pairing feature, but I expect it would work quite nicely too. As far as I know, no dual Bluetooth units have a balance feature nor do any mp3 players I've seen, would be nice when you can't be in the middle of them. I don't expect to ever use the phone-answering features (& frankly I'm not interested in testing them out). The almost-no-cost changes I would make to have this baby perfect for me are: <> White or silver-highlight the 5 buttons on top (dull black very-slightly-raised is almost invisible to me!) <> Angle the unit to point up -- most surfaces are below your ears, after all <> Instead of the interrupting warning voice, use some LED signal for "low battery" (already has a multi-coloured system) Really, I'd give this speaker unit 4-1/2 stars -- if you buy it (or a pair), play some good music & enjoy!

Didn't like this one, its charging port broke the same day, can't change it anymore

Not a good product. Goes in and out. Not for phone at all.

I don’t know why it says 23 hours of battery life, when I get maybe 5 hours before it says low battery? I am very disappointed in this portable speaker which I use at work from 2 feet away from me and not loud at all.

The sound is choppy. It’s inconsistent. Breaks up and I e gone bac’ to my old one.
