As with the mouse I bought the same day, I was looking for something to use while on a 2 day trip and didn't want to spend much money. However, if found this pad worked as well as my pad at home and therefore exceeded my expectations.

The pad itself is very grippy underneath, so you won’t have to worry about it moving! Great to take on vacations and to work. Good upgrade from a old one.
