It should have an average life span from others I have used.

I could not find a purple, or orange or any solid pretty color for her new design mouse - so I bought this. She loves it, she has decorated it with her pens and calls it her "Meece Pad". It functions as a mouse pad, has not fallen apart - what more could you ask for?

Best mouse pad i've ever used

It's thin but not flimsy. The only downside to the mouse pad is that it's black and some of my coworkers have complained about it looking dirty, even though it's brand new.

Who doesn’t want a little bit of the beach at their fingertips? Good size, good brand, material and price. Hasn’t frayed on the edges, not really shown any dirt or wear. Love it!

It is also a black mouse pad which holds the mouse and doesn't slip. Wow, that is for real.

This is why I gave it 2 stars. I have an Apple Magic Mouse. I returned the mouse pad.

If looking for a decent mouse pad and don't want to spend the $$, this is it. I use it with my laptop since I'm not a fan of the touchpad and have always used a mouse. This fits into the laptop bag so it makes any surface useable for an optical mouse.
