    I noticed that a mouse doesn't always work well without a pad, so I would say this is a "must have" item, plus it protects your desk from scratches :)

    No problems with it as far as wear n tear or tearing or anything of that nature. Being used daily for about 9 hrs of use daily and still like new..

    This is a great mousepad; my wireless laser mouse works so smoothly on this pad. And it's tough too - the last one lasted me a couple of years!

    This mousepad is thin and the top layer graphic is smooth and works well with laser mice. Works well for daily use, but probably not a gaming mousepad or for a heavy-duty mouse user.
