They would always loosen up and fall out of my ears within minutes. I tried different tips, but eventually they would fall out. The noise cancelling is acceptable and was a nice feature. The sound was average at best. Not great , not bad. But average. I have at one time or another owned every apple product produced, I current have several iPads, iPad pros, mini and iPhones, but I wish I had not bought these. The main problem. They switched from Tapping to squeezing. Big mistake. When squeezed, the AirPods have a tendency to stick and not depress, making them useless till they pop back Into shape. I had one AirPod replaced via warranty and the replacement had the same problem. Now neither earpiece is working. I have an appointment Sunday to have them looked at. Will try to get a refund. Waste of money and time. Stay away from them.
