    Without realizing, our box was labeled “open box” . We couldn’t get the remote control to work. So, chatted with customer service and returned it 2 days later. Then received a new box but charged additional $12. If we had known what “open box” meant, we wouldn’t have purchased it.howevern the new has all parts working well.

    I picked this up for 5 bucks and it works like a charm. Best Buy is a little sneaky on where they put these those. You have to walk by all the overly priced "PRO GAMING" mouse pads to get to these.
