My optical mouse was homeless, scampering over various scattered papers with occasional glimpses of bare desk is the odd areas not totally covered with papers. So I picked up a pad for him. Seriously, the cursor tracks the mouse movements very well. The pad doubles as a coaster which can handle coffee mugs and glasses of ice water with condensation dripping off the outside. The color palette design is a nice touch. It reminds me I want to take up painting as a hobby...

Cons: It's a bit on the pricier side for a mouse pad, and I suspect the white areas might show dirt over time. **CONCLUSION** Overall, this mouse pad gets a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars from me. It's stylish, functional, and seems durable enough to justify the cost, if you're looking to upgrade your desk's look while maintaining functionality, I'd recommend giving this one a go.

So smooth, been using it every day since i got it. Writing this review about a year into using it and its still very clean and smooth.

This keeps my mouse moving accurately for photo editing as well as daily computer work tasks. I like the color and that it is not a distracting design/image.

Mouse pads may come and mouse pads may go, but this is the best mouse pad ever. Those of you from the 60's may think I refer to a place where a mouse could live, but no; this is an excellent mousing platform where mousing can be accomplished effortlessly and reliably. Not only functional, but good looking as well; so good looking, that I find myself staring at it and imagining myself in the warm waters of an exclusive and exotic paradise -- then I realize I am at my computer and supposed to be working. Get yourself one or a dozen, you will have no regrets.

This thing is great. No smelly synthetic scent to it which matters to me as I am around noxious smells enough in my line of work. It is thin enough to roll and travel with and wide and long enough to be good for first person shooters like battlefield 1 and Doom. At this price you should just buy 2 to have a backup if you travel a lot like me!

The mouse works while using it. It just sits on my desk, how can it fail? I don't understand why Best Buy is asking me to review something that sits there and does nothing.
