    It is a very smooth and fine textured pad; my mouse has a nice response on it, and it is comfortable to use. The pad is quite thin, which I have come to appreciate.

    Without realizing, our box was labeled “open box” . We couldn’t get the remote control to work. So, chatted with customer service and returned it 2 days later. Then received a new box but charged additional $12. If we had known what “open box” meant, we wouldn’t have purchased it.howevern the new has all parts working well.
