Was not sure if I should take it off or not. When we did, it stuck to the desk (thank goodness for glass tops). I don't know if it would ruin a different finish.

I have messed around with cheaper alternatives, and even pricier ones, but this one has all the support you need for some PC power usage. Go nuts.

I loved that one and this is just like it, except in black. Would be nice to have other color options.
