Not the worst, but not good.

The gel wrist rest is nice, but it's too tall and makes you have to angle your wrist down to hold the mouse. It gets in the way more than it helps. Also the actual surface you have to move the mouse around on is much too small for productivity.

The gel it comes inside the little cushion seems to lose its firmness after about 2 weeks. For someone that uses it in an office for long periods of time, it's not enough. I think it would do fine if you had regular or not as many hours clicking a mouse. It's fine either way if you just want to use it as support and not for therapeutic reasons.
