Too small to be effective

The usable area is just too small and I find myself re-adjusting the mouse at work a couple times per day. I'm not sure if it is the way that I use a mouse or what. The cushion portion is a little too firm (some might like it) but I find that the material is weird on my wrist or hand. The cushion feels okay sometimes, and others it is annoying. The mouse pad is okay for it's purpose, but I wouldn't buy the same product again.
